How do I know which package fits my property?
Each Ballard Boost and Ballard Overwatch package lists the planting area and lot size it covers. If you are between sizes, or your property does not fit neatly into a package, send us a short video and we will recommend the right one.
When will my service or delivery be scheduled?
Firewood and mulch are typically delivered within 5 business days. For services, you will choose an appointment when booking or our team will reach out to schedule. Need a specific date? Call (410) 213-5163.
What if my property is larger than one acre?
Send us a short video of the plantings you would like treated. A certified professional will review it and send you a proposal for the package that fits best.
Can I pick up firewood or mulch myself?
Local pickup is not available. All firewood and mulch orders are delivered, and delivery is added at checkout.
How much mulch do I need?
One cubic yard covers about 108 sq ft at 3 inches deep. Most established beds need 2–3 inches.
Can I cancel Ballard Overwatch?
Yes. Your membership continues at your locked-in per-visit price until you choose to cancel, with no penalty.
